1) Do not complain - It is important as
real estate agents not to complain when things go wrong.
Why ?
This is because when you complain you create "shar chi" (negative
energy) around you. The other person whom you complain to also carries
the shar chi with him/her. And the more you complain , the less
luck you will have. And this will affect your next appointment that
you go to. So why complain when good luck and closing sales are
so important to your job.
2) Dress well and feel good -
First impressions are important especially when you are meeting
new clients for the first time. If you know your lucky colours then
wear them all the time to ensure success always. Or wear lots of
gold, if your "Four Pillars of Destiny" (a form of life reading)
say you need metal to succeed.
3) Face your lucky direction -
Yes, face your lucky directions when you want to close your sales.
If north is your money element direction, then face north so that
the chances of you closing the sales is greater. And yes , buy a
good compass !
4) Be patient with your clients -
Clients like to feel important, so give them that. Make them feel
like they are King or Queen. So in order to do that , you will need
to be patient and don't get angry when your clients ask you, 101
questions ! They ask because they merely wanted to know. So feed
them with those information and be polite as well.
I know you will tell me that it is so stressful
and sometimes you simply don't have that patience ? But I will tell
you this :" You choose to go to this career to make a living for
yourself and hopefully to make more than S$300,000 a year income
didn't you ?" Then you will have to learn to be patient. If not,
then this job is not meant for you. Learning to be patient is an
important quality for almost any service related industry.
But if you say you like this job because it gives
you freedom and flexibility ? then I would tell you to nurture your
patience. Yes, I know it is difficult to learn to be patient but
you can start by learning meditation. Any form of meditation will
help you to be more peaceful and patient and at the same time provide
you with good luck.
So simply look at those who are successful ?
how many hours a day they are working and how many are you doing
? compare yourself to them and ask why ? If you are working 16 hours
a day and 7 days a week, I think you are already hitting that target
income or more.
5) Put your clients interest before your other
needs-
Your sales has to come from your clients. Therefore they are your
bread and butter. So put their interests first. They could come
to you because they want to buy a house or flat. So bring them round
Singapore if you happen to have a few houses on hand to sell. And
be very patient, nice and polite. This is one of the key to being
successful in whatever you want to do. But be genuine and not by
doing it just because you are told to. It has to come from the heart.
Singaporeans are smart people, if you are not sincere they will
know. So show your warm and caring heart in your sales ! Remember
that customer is KING !
6) Be humble. It is very important in life to
be humble. The most successful and richest man in the World are
the most humble person. So be like him ! Imagine you are the smallest
when surrounded by many people.
7) Everyday, the first thing you do when you
wake up is to smile at yourself. Be thankful that you are still
alive and then visualise how that day's event is about to take place.
Of course visualise them as successful sales closed. If you did
this and you closed your sales that day, write in to IEA to tell
them your good news and spread the joy around , bringing sheng chi
(lucky energy) to other people is a joy !
8) Wear your lucky colours and lucky stones !
It is very important to wear your lucky colours every day so that
your sales will be closed. And wear that lucky gemstones and flash
them around to create good vibes around you.
9) Work hard. Read the newspaper classified every
day. Talk to other agents from another agency to learn more about
the market. And remember do not complain to each other. Even when
the market is soft, there are still houses being sold each day.
Ever wonder where that came from ? Yes, that came from their hard
work and a lot MORE !
10) Never be late ! Do not be late for an appointment
as customers do not like agents to be late for their appointments.
11) Improve your personal chi : How to improve
your personal chi ? Easy. Simply meditate. Try following these simple
6 steps:
A) Sit cross legged on the floor.
B) Put your fingers together with the index finger and the thumb
touching each other for both hands.
C) Start now by doing deep breathing and holding your breath.
D) When you cannot hold it any longer, then start to breathe out
through your mouth.
E) Repeat the process till there is some warmth in your tummy or
when your legs get cramped. Then, it is time to stop.
F) Do it nightly before you sleep.
Results will come in three months time.
12) If you always close your sales with this
particular agent, then he or she could have your lucky elements
that you need in your Four Pillars of Destiny Chart ! So always
join forces with him or her to close that sales !
13) If you loose that sales, STILL smile and
be graceful about it ! It simply means that it just was'nt meant
to be. Dont be a sour grape and complain. For if you do, it means
you are not a good loser. Learn to be a good loser. Maybe there
was something that the Universe wants you to learn. Then learn from
it.
14) Remember not everybody can do property. Even
if you work ten times as hard as your colleague and yet you still
find nobody wants to buy from you. Do not despair. Go for fengshui.
15) Network. It is important nowadays as an agent
or any other job to network. Networking means to get to know more
new friends and these friends could someday be your customer.
